Sunset Spur – House Rules & Guest Agreement Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms: Occupancy & Conduct • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed at any time. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets • Pets are permitted only with prior approval. • Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any damage caused. Additional fees may apply if necessary. Smoking • Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. Security & Surveillance • For safety and property protection, the premises are equipped with two exterior recording devices (Ring doorbell and parking area camera). • No cameras are located inside the home. • Tampering with or disabling security devices is prohibited. Use of Property & Assumption of Risk • Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its features, including but not limited to stairs, deck areas, appliances, and outdoor spaces, is at their own risk. • By booking, guests agree that the host shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to persons or personal property occurring during the stay, except where required by law. Damages & Liability • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. • The host reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning as necessary.
